Tiing Gading has one of the best restaurants in Ubud, serving authentic traditional Indonesian dishes from various places of the Peninsula. Our menu is varied and caters to all tastes.

We have also recently introduced a traditional Dutch/Indonesian Rijst tafel, The rijst tafel is a very elaborate version of the still popular “nasi campur” (mixed rice) dish, which is served in most Indonesian restaurant today.

During the Dutch era, as people prospered, their taste became more and more opulent. Our traditional “rijst tafel” is an authentic version and consists of a sixteen course feast served at the table.

We have created two different versions which the details of which are shown below
